Refund policy
At LinkGo we want you to shop with total confidence. If your wireless adapter doesn't convince you, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to return it.
Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must include all accessories and the installation guide.
- We do not accept returns of products damaged by misuse.
How to request a return
Write to us at neurisrosales01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within 24-48 business hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you're returning the product because you changed your mind, the cost of shipping it back is your responsibility. If the product arrived defective, incorrect, or the error was ours, we cover the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product arrived defective or the error was ours.
12-month product warranty
All our adapters include a 12-month product warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product arrives defective or stops working correctly within that period, contact us and we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications to the product.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Write to us as soon as possible at neurisrosales01@gmail.com to arrange it.
