Shipping policy

At LinkGo we work with warehouses located in the United States so your order reaches you as fast as possible.

Processing and shipping time

Orders are processed and shipped within up to 6 business days from order confirmation. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping zones

We currently ship within the United States. If you're not sure whether we ship to your area, write to us before purchasing.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost (if any) is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order, based on destination and the method chosen.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where it is at all times.

Delays

Although we do everything possible to meet the stated timelines, during high-demand dates (such as sales or holidays) shipments may experience small delays beyond our control. We'll let you know if your order is delayed longer than usual.

Order not received

If more than 10 business days have passed since shipping and you haven't received your order, write to us at neurisrosales01@gmail.com and we'll look into it with you.
